Analysing Thriller Film Social Media Pages - Introduction

As a part of my marketing campaign I will be looking at different film's social media pages to help advertise my film. I have noticed that social media pages have similar conventions regardless of the genre the film belongs.

I am going to look at two films from the thriller genre to to see if there are consistent conventions across the social media pages, and to find how these might be influenced by genre. For some of the films I will look at Twitter/X, for others I will look at Instagram, and for others I will look at Facebook.

The thriller films I have chosen are:
